By connecting your Meta account (Facebook/Instagram) and using the itzMe!!! services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not connect your accounts or use our features.
2. Meta & Platform Policies
You agree to use our automation service in full compliance with all official rules, terms of use, and policies of Meta Platforms, Inc. specifically including:
- The Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
- Meta Developer Policies.
- No use of automation for bulk spamming, scamming, or sending unapproved unsolicited campaigns outside of Meta's allowed 24-hour reply window.
3. Accounts and Connection Security
To use itzMe!!!, you must link your accounts via the official Meta OAuth flow. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the authorization settings and privacy controls of your Instagram account.
- Any actions or messages sent by the bot acting under your configured automation rules.
4. Limitation of Liability
We provide itzMe!!! on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any account restrictions, deactivations, shadowbans, or loss of service that may result from violating Meta's platform guidelines or sending spam-like automated content.
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to alter, pause, or update our automation flows to adapt to updates in Meta's official Graph APIs, permissions schemes, and developer rules.
