This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding data collection, usage, and security for users who connect their Meta (Facebook and Instagram) accounts to our automation and auto-reply service.
Data We Collect
When you use itzMe!!! to manage and automate your social interactions, we securely retrieve and process the following information via Meta APIs and Webhooks:
- Account Credentials: Encrypted Facebook and Instagram access tokens to interact with official Graph APIs on your behalf.
- Webhook Event Data: Inbound message text, comment text, story mentions, and sender/recipient IDs (Instagram Scoped IDs) needed to determine auto-responses.
- Profile Metadata: Instagram usernames, account handles, and connected page names to show them in your dashboard panel.
How We Use Your Data
We use your connected Meta data strictly to deliver and run your configured automation flows:
- Matching incoming keywords in comments or DMs against your custom rules.
- Sending automated text and media direct replies to customers who interact with your account.
- Generating campaign metrics (e.g. total replies sent) on your personal dashboard.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your private messages, comments, or profile information to third parties under any circumstances.
Data Retention & Deletion
We store your encrypted credentials and logs only as long as your account remains connected to our platform.
Direct Data Deletion (User Self-Service)
You can completely revoke access and delete all data stored on our servers at any time by clicking the "Disconnect Account" button in your settings tab. This immediately wipes your access tokens and terminates the webhook connection.
Security of Your Data
All access tokens and API credentials are encrypted at rest in our databases using industry-standard encryption protocols. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) for all incoming webhooks and outgoing API requests to Meta servers.
